At Westley Leon Studios, we haven’t figured out how to clone ourselves yet (trust us, we’ve looked into it), but that’s exactly why we’ve built a team of dedicated professionals we trust completely. We don’t just hire random freelancers! Nope not here! Every one of our associates undergoes extensive, hands-on training and works alongside us as second shooters for a minimum of two years before stepping into a lead role.
During this time, they refine their technical skills, learn to adapt to the unpredictable nature of weddings, and master our signature approach to storytelling. That way, whether you’re working with Wes, Chelsea, or one of our associates, you’re getting the same WLS experience and a seamless, stress-free day and a gallery full of incredible moments.
