From the moment we arrived, the vibe was clear: relaxed, real, and 100% Sierra and Aaron. Their setup was thoughtful without being overdone, with string lights, natural touches, and a layout that welcomed friends and family to settle in and celebrate.
It wasn’t about impressing anyone as it was about being with everyone.
Sierra and Aaron opted for a private first look, and it was hands-down one of the most emotional moments of the day. You could feel the nervous energy melt away the second they saw each other. That first hug? Pure gold. We love when couples carve out that little pocket of quiet before the whirlwind begins.
We slipped away for a little while after the ceremony to capture portraits around the property. The warm tones of sunset light, the quiet joy between Sierra and Aaron, and the way they held each other like no one else was around it all came together effortlessly.
The reception kept the easygoing energy going strong. Guests lounged in lawn chairs, shared stories, toasted with drinks in hand, and hit the dance floor (aka: the lawn) once the music kicked in. It was the kind of party where shoes were optional and laughter was constant.
There’s something incredibly special about turning your home into your wedding venue. Every inch of their day felt like a love letter to their relationship, their community, and the life they’ve built together. We were honored to be part of it, and even more honored to document every real, raw, and beautiful moment along the way.
