Teresa and Will’s Notre Dame engagement session was the perfect mix of timeless and laid-back.
We kept it simple, walked campus, hit a few iconic spots, found great light, and let the candid moments do their thing.
Notre Dame is one of our favorite places for engagement photos because it gives you that classic, elevated look without feeling stiff.
There’s so much variety packed into one walkable area. Architecture, clean lines, greenery, and those spots that just feel iconic the second you see them.
Teresa and Will fit the vibe perfectly, relaxed, connected, and down to just enjoy the session instead of overthinking it.
We started with an easy walk around campus to help everything feel effortless right away.
Walking is always the cheat code. You’re moving, you’re talking, you’re laughing, and the photos look natural because you’re not stuck trying to “pose” the whole time.
Teresa and Will had that comfortable, easy chemistry that makes the camera disappear, and it showed in every set.
We worked in a mix of classic Notre Dame backdrops and a few quieter pockets where the light was soft and the vibe was calm.
That balance is what makes a Notre Dame session feel complete. You get the “wow” shots that feel iconic, and you also get those intimate portraits that feel like real life.
1) Keep the plan simple.
A handful of great areas is all we need at Notre Dame. Less rushing, more real moments.
2) Dress for the vibe.
Classic outfits photograph beautifully here, neutrals, rich tones, and layers always look great against the architecture.
3) Trust the walking prompts.
You don’t need to know how to pose. We’ll guide you, and the movement will do the rest.
If you want engagement photos that feel natural, timeless, and full of real moments, Notre Dame is such a solid choice.
We’ll help you pick the best spots, keep it flowing, and make sure you walk away with a gallery that feels like you two.
