From keynotes and receptions to staff headshots and sponsor activations, we keep things moving and deliver clean, organized photos your team can actually use. Need video too? We can create highlight recaps and interview clips for social, internal comms, and newsletters.
Send us the basics: date, location, approximate timeline, and what the event is trying to accomplish. Let us know any VIPs, must-have moments, sponsor needs, or “we cannot miss this” shots so we can prioritize the right coverage.
We’ll confirm the run-of-show, key locations, and a simple shot list that matches your goals. If you’re adding a headshot station, we’ll also lock in setup needs (space, power, traffic flow) and the on-site delivery plan.
We show up early, coordinate with your point person, and blend in so the event stays the focus. We work efficiently, capture the energy, the people, and the details, and keep things moving without being disruptive.
You’ll receive a clean, organized gallery that’s easy to share with your team, speakers, and stakeholders. Photos are edited consistently and delivered in a way that’s ready for web, internal comms, and social.
Most events are delivered as a polished, organized online gallery within a few business days, depending on coverage length and volume. If you have a deadline for a press release, internal comms, or a next-day share, tell us up front and we’ll build that into the plan.
Yes. Our headshot station is built for fast turnaround. Guests can receive their headshot on-site, typically within minutes, and we’ll also deliver the full set afterward so your team has everything in one place.
A small footprint is all we need. Ideally we’ll have a space near the flow of the event (but not in a bottleneck), access to power, and enough room for a short line. We’ll confirm the exact space needs ahead of time so setup is smooth and your guests can rotate through quickly.
Yes. We carry business insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. We’re also a Notre Dame approved freelance option, and we’re familiar with the expectations and on-site standards for campus events.
