Rachel and Houston’s eMbers Venue wedding was a romantic and intimate celebration filled with meaningful details and unforgettable moments. With just 70 of their closest friends and family, their wedding perfectly blended elegance, charm, and a laid-back atmosphere that reflected their personalities.
Rachel and Houston chose eMbers Venue for its unique and special vibe. “Not a lot of people have heard of it, which makes it feel more unique,” they shared. The venue’s exposed brick, dark wood accents, and tin ceiling created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, setting the perfect stage for their celebration.
Their wedding colors—dusty blue, gold, and greenery—brought a soft, romantic feel to the venue’s rustic charm. Debbie’s Design Florist created stunning arrangements that added warmth and vibrancy to the space.
One of the most unique moments was their unity ceremony. The couple watered a tiny bonsai tree, symbolizing growth and love that will continue to flourish throughout their lives together. This heartfelt touch made their ceremony even more meaningful and personal.
Rachel and Houston shared their first dance to “First Day of My Life” by Bright Eyes, a moment filled with love and emotion. Later, their glow stick exit added a playful and colorful twist to the evening. Guests cheered the couple on as they exited under a glowing canopy of light.
The couple treated their guests to a delicious meal catered by Jean Witherington, with a cake from Strack and Van Till adding a sweet finish to the night. DJ Chad kept the dance floor packed, ensuring everyone had an incredible time celebrating Rachel and Houston’s love.
Rachel and Houston kicked off married life with a honeymoon in Antigua, where they could relax and celebrate their new adventure together.
Their advice is simple: trust your vendors, focus on meaningful details, and embrace the moments that make your day special. Rachel and Houston’s eMbers Venue wedding showed how intimacy, personality, and love can create a day filled with magic and joy.
What Rachel & Houston Had to Say About Westley Leon Studios
*”We couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Westley for our wedding photographer. When we were looking for photographers, we wanted someone with a unique eye to capture the true emotions of our day. We also needed someone experienced in low-light photography since our venue was pretty dim. Westley captured some AMAZING shots! He was professional and made us feel like models!
Westley really made our timeline come together with ease, which made the day so much less stressful. Our wedding party loved him too! During the reception, he displayed a sneak peek of photos for guests, and we received so many compliments on his work. When we received all the photos, my husband and I were overjoyed—they turned out beautifully and will be cherished forever. We cannot wait to see our photo album! Thank you, Westley!”*
