When John emailed and said he was needing a Notre Dame proposal photographer, I was beyond excited to do this. Being able to be a part of their Notre Dame proposal was just amazing. I am honored to have been there to capture it.
Waiting on the bench for them to arrive I made sure to politely shoo away anyone that may have potentially interrupted their proposal. As I was sitting there, I saw both of them coming around the bend and I waited for the shot.
John told Emma that they were just going to take a walk and some selfies together. Little did Emma know that she was about have the love of her life drop down to one knee. Once we finished up with the proposal we walked around their favorite spots on campus to take a few more portraits.
