Set beneath the trees and surrounded by wildflowers, Tonya and William’s wedding at Friendship Botanical Gardens was the kind of day that felt straight out of a dream. Nature did its thing, their people showed up in full force, and these two had a day full of emotion, love, and celebration. From the moment the day started to the last song of the night, every part of their wedding was soaked in meaning, intention, and that rich, romantic energy you could feel from a mile away.
Their ceremony took place beneath the towering trees with sunlight peeking through the branches, and it couldn’t have been more stunning. Friends and family gathered as Tonya walked down the aisle. It was a ceremony full of heart and meaning, and when they were finally pronounced husband and wife, the joy in the air was palpable.
We took full advantage of the incredible gardens for portraits. From the stone archways to lush green paths and floral bursts around every corner, it was like the entire venue was made for these two. And let’s not forget that golden hour glow that showed up right on cue.
What made Tonya and William’s day so powerful wasn’t just the jaw-dropping location or the gorgeous details it was the deep connection between them and the people around them. The whole day felt like one big family reunion, where everyone came together to celebrate something truly real.
