Kayla & Greg’s Silver Beach Wedding in St. Joseph, MI

Kayla and Greg’s wedding was the kind of day you don’t forget. Equal parts relaxed and romantic, their celebration blended beachy beauty with personal touches and a whole lot of love.

After 11 years together, these two made it official on the shores of Silver Beach in St. Joseph, Michigan and it was just as heartfelt and fun as you’d imagine.

Saying “I Do” by the Water

Their outdoor ceremony at Silver Beach brought together all the things they love: nature, a laid-back atmosphere, and a few lighthearted bubbles floating in the air as they walked back up the aisle as newlyweds.

Officiated by their friend Kurtis, the ceremony honored their journey together with a unity shot and an energy that felt uniquely them.

Golden Hour Portraits & Lakefront Love

After the ceremony, we explored the beach and nearby lighthouse for some portraits. The lakeside breeze, the rocks, and that golden hour light made every shot feel like a dream.

We even made time for some photos in the dune grass and along the quieter corners of the shoreline, just soaking up the last bit of sunshine before the party started.

A Celebration at Shadowland on Silver Beach

Back at Shadowland, guests were welcomed into a jewel-toned reception space filled with love, laughter, and just the right amount of sparkle. Speeches were heartfelt, dinner was shared among close friends and family, and when the dance floor opened, the vibe was pure joy.

Their first dance to “At Last I See the Light” was sweet and emotional, followed by dances with their parents that brought out all the feels.

And just when you thought the night couldn’t get more fun? Enter carousel rides. Because nothing says “best day ever” like spinning around with your people, grinning like kids again.
