When Ashley and Brad first toured White Oak Farm, they knew they’d found the place. Nestled among the trees with a stunning barn full of natural light, it checked every box they wanted something that felt intimate, but still had plenty of room for everyone to party.
Add in the big windows, warm wood, and open air, and this venue gave all the romantic-meets-rustic energy they needed to bring their wedding dreams to life.
Before the ceremony even began, Ashley and Brad shared a private first look a moment that instantly calmed the nerves and kicked off their wedding day exactly how they wanted: together. They also opted to exchange their vows privately, which gave them time to slow down, be present, and take it all in without 140 eyes staring at them.
It was one of those moments they’ll remember forever and not just because the wind played with her dress like a movie scene.
Let’s be real: nothing says “wedding to remember” like the groom owning the dance floor to Pour Some Sugar On Me.No one saw it coming, and that’s exactly why it was iconic. The reception brought the energy, the fun, and the perfect chance for everyone to let loose including Ashley and Brad, who were worried they wouldn’t have time to actually enjoy themselves. Spoiler alert: they definitely did.
And shout out to Chelsea for the mid-day eyelash rescue mission. Bridal emergencies: handled.
These two didn’t just show up and party they crafted parts of their wedding by hand. From the seating chart sign that Ashley and Brad built together to a sweetheart table inspired by deep Pinterest scrolls, it was all done with intention. Every little detail was a reflection of their style: equal parts boho, elegant, and unapologetically them.
“Invest money in things that are important like pictures, venue, a dress. Don’t waste money on things that you or other people won’t notice like small details, favors, a ton of paper programs, expensive wedding cakes.”
