Some weddings are romantic. Some are fun. And some go all-in with personality and turn into a full-blown experience. Daisy and Clayton’s Halloween wedding at the Hall of Justice in Crown Point was everything you want a fall wedding to be moody, cozy, heartfelt, and absolutely unforgettable.
With the perfect blend of gothic glam and spooky charm, they threw a celebration that felt like the best parts of a haunted mansion meet true love story.
The day started at Daisy’s getting-ready spot, where laughter, music, and constant inside jokes filled the room. The vibes were relaxed and joyful, with just enough butterflies to remind everyone what the day was really about.
One of the most meaningful details? Daisy wore her grandparents’ ashes in a necklace and reserved two special seats for them at the ceremony, surrounded by photos and love. It was a quiet tribute that carried so much weight in the best way.
Meanwhile, Clayton and his crew were hyped and ready, talking motorcycles, music, and how stoked they were to see him marry the love of his life.
Daisy wrote the ceremony script herself every line, every moment. It was non-traditional, non-religious, and deeply personal. Just them, their story, and their promises to each other.
Guests were asked to put away their phones for an unplugged ceremony, allowing everyone to fully soak in the emotion and intimacy of the moment. With soft lighting and vintage architecture all around, the Hall of Justice set the perfect tone.
Their officiant? None other than Daisy’s longtime friend Bob, who brought humor, heart, and a whole lot of love to the room.
After the ceremony and receiving line, we headed just outside and around the Crown Point square to capture portraits of the newlyweds. Dramatic lighting, playful energy, and that late-October golden hour gave us the most cinematic, romantic, and just-spooky-enough vibe for their shots.
The Hall of Justice’s painted ceilings, massive mirrors, and old-school charm made the perfect backdrop for a couple who wanted a little drama, a little elegance, and a whole lot of “this is so us.”
When it was time for their reception entrance, the lights dropped low and the music hit hard—Daisy and Clayton made their way in to Michael Jackson’s Thriller, setting the tone for a night that was equal parts party and personal.
Guests danced in costume, raided the Halloween candy bar, and toasted to the couple during heartfelt speeches. Their first dance was to We’ve Only Just Begun by The Carpenters a song chosen by Daisy’s grandfather before he passed away.
They filled the rest of the night with special dances with parents, friends, and even a sweet moment between Daisy and her son Lemmy. It wasn’t about perfection. It was about presence, people, and letting the night unfold naturally.
Daisy and Clayton made it their mission to create something memorable and they more than delivered. From handmade details and Halloween décor to real emotion and non-stop laughs, every piece of their wedding felt meaningful and genuine.
It was fun. It was glam. It was filled with love. And it was exactly the way they wanted to start forever.
