Rachel and Levi’s day at Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn was exactly what they wanted it to be: quick, casual, and fun. No big production, no overcomplicated stuff, just a bunch of people they love showing up in the woods to celebrate them.

First Look, Then Vineyard Portraits
Rachel and Levi chose to do a first look, which is always a solid move when you want the day to feel relaxed and you want extra time for portraits without feeling like you’re missing everything.
But the moment that really stuck with them was taking photos in the vineyard. Rachel literally said that’s the one moment that will last with them forever, and we get why. Vineyards just hit different in the fall. The rows, the open space, the warm colors, it’s the kind of setting that makes portraits feel effortless.
A Reception That Let The Venue Shine
This day wasn’t about a packed schedule or a million traditions. Rachel said the venue itself was the star, and it’s true. Hidden Vineyard is already so beautiful that you don’t need to over-decorate it. They elevated it with florals, leaned into the season, and let the space do what it does.
Their colors were classic fall vibes, greens, golds, reds, oranges, and it all matched the “in the woods” feeling perfectly.
They didn’t do a cake cutting, and instead focused on what they were actually excited about. For Rachel, the most anticipated part of the day was dinner. That is the most relatable answer on earth.

One of Rachel’s favorite parts of the whole day was getting to spend time with her dad’s side of the family, since they don’t all get together often.
